The weather-proof Evr-Dry ignition wires were developed by Chrysler Corp. engineers during the war (they work and look great of pre-war vehicles too though) to prevent moisture that collects in the wells around the spark plug from shorting-out the plugs. This set is an exact reproduction of what was sold by MoPar dealers as an accessory in the 1940's and 1950's. Wires have copper conductors and glossy black lacquer jackets just like the originals
